Nistrax is a retail management platform operated by Mero Vision Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Nepal. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every business and individual that uses our Service. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it.

• Account information: name, business name, email address, phone number, PAN/VAT number, and billing address provided during registration.
• Transaction and business data: sales records, inventory data, product catalogues, and employee information you enter into the platform.
• Payment information: subscription payment details processed through our payment partners. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, device type, browser, IP address, and session duration — collected to improve the platform.
• Communications: emails, support tickets, and feedback you send to us.

Because Nistrax is designed for IRD-compliant billing in Nepal, your PAN/VAT number and transaction records are integral to the Service. This data is stored securely and is never shared with the Inland Revenue Department on your behalf unless you explicitly use our reporting export features to do so yourself.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or business data. We may share data with:

• Service providers who help us operate the platform (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processing) under strict data processing agreements.
• Law enforcement or government authorities when required by applicable Nepali law or a valid legal order.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale — you will be notified before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, access controls, and regular security audits.
